Once we receive your sketches, we immediately start drafting your digital floor plan. You can expect an email notification when it’s ready, which usually takes around 3 hours. If any amendments are necessary, they are provided at no additional cost.

Pricing for Image Enhancement
Essential edits: What’s included?
Included in our standard service are essential edits: blue sky enhancement, exposure correction, shadow lift, color balance, straightening, license plate blur, lens correction, optional watermark logo.
Add-ons
Optional extras if you need them. The additional charge is on top of the set price. Some Add-ons are priced per image, some are priced per set.
8 images need our Essential edits (£4.95 set price), and you also want the bins removed from the front shot (£2.00). Total = £6.95 + VAT.
For 20 images requiring our Essential Edits, the set price is £10.95. Additionally, if you wish to have the car removed from the front shot, there is an additional charge of £2.00. Similarly, if you want the shampoo bottles removed from the bathroom shot, it incurs an extra fee of £2.00. The total cost amounts to £14.95, excluding VAT.
If only 1 external image requires our Essential Edits, you would still be charged for our minimum set price. Therefore, the total cost would be £4.95, excluding VAT. We recommend uploading at least 8 images to maximize the value of the service.

Yes, we can create accurate floorplans from Matterport 3D scans. You simply provide us with the scanned data, and we’ll extract it to produce the required 2D or 3D floorplans.
What formats will I receive the final floorplans in?
You will receive your floorplans in formats such as JPEG, PDF, PNG, or DWG for architectural use. Let us know if you require specific file types for your project.
Can I request revisions to the converted floorplans?
